The free airport shuttle was convenient. It saved me taxi fare. the rooms were clean. This ensured a comfortable experience.
some bus drivers were unpleasant. some front office staff did not smile much during my interactions!

convenient shuttle wide choice unsanitary carpet water bottle
The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the airport! the room was very clean and of a good size. I especially liked the excellent water pressure in the shower. breakfast was also very good, i was very impressed with the wide choice of food available.
the carpets through the hallways are not sanitary and very difficult to wheel luggage across! i was also disappointed that there was no complimentary water bottle in the room upon arrival.

airport shuttle convenient location unpleasant driver unfriendly staff
The shuttle was very handy. it went to and from the airport. the room was lovely. There was a 7-eleven across from the hotel.
the bus drivers were really unpleasant. some of the front office and restaurant staff hardly ever smiled. they seemed weary. there was no hospitality involved.

charmed stay!
free shuttles modern interior spacious room
i loved how close the hotel was to the airport. it was very convenient (a real time-saver!) to have free shuttles to the airport and the mtr. i found the interior very modern and stylish. the room felt spacious even with my family.
the airport shuttle location was unclear. i couldn't find the hotel's shuttle pick-up point in the airport parking lot. i had to call the hotel to ask for directions, it would be great if there were clearer signs.

the room was clean and bright. it did not face the sea but provided a wide, unobstructed view. the bed offered a comfortable sleep experience and the room amenities were complete.

the breakfast buffet had a decent spread, catering to diverse palates. the hotel has several dining options within the complex via the adjacent sheraton hotel and yu nga shopping center is just opposite.

the check-in process was handled by a very polite and friendly staff member. a shuttle bus operates to tung chung station every half hour. several front office and restaurant staff don't ever wear a smile.
